1.Prepare – Remove any jewelry or accessories from your wrist. Place the cuff around your wrist, with the screen facing you.

2.Position – Wrap the cuff firmly, leaving about 1–2 cm above your wrist joint. 3.Stay Still – Sit quietly, keep the monitor at heart level, and avoid moving or talking. 4.Start Measuring – Simply touch the button to begin. The test takes about 40 seconds. For accurate results, remain still and silent until it’s complete.

Precautions for Accurate Measurement

a) Avoid vigorous exercise, smoking, coffee, alcohol, or stimulants/sedatives for at least 30 minutes before testing. b) Rest in a comfortable, quiet environment for at least 5 minutes before starting. c) Sit in a relaxed, upright position during measurement. d) Always use the same wrist for consistency. e) Take at least two readings each time, with an interval of 5 minutes or more between tests. (Some individuals may require longer intervals.) f) Patients with arrhythmia or arteriosclerosis should seek professional medical guidance for accurate results.
